BODYATTACK® is a sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high energy interval training class combines aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises.


BODYBALANCE® is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.


Spin is an indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring trainer who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. This class will help you increase your cardiovascular fitness, burn fat and tone and shape your legs, hips, and butt.


BoxFit is a unique combination of circuit, crossfit and old school boxing training. If you're looking to mix up your workout regime and shed some quick weight this class is for you! This class welcomes all levels from beginners to regulars!


A series of structured poses linked with your breathing exercises to target every part of the body. The benefits of regular practice include increased fitness and lower levels of stress and anxiety. A less-intense alternative to health and fitness.

BodyAttack Express

Your favourite BODYATTACK class condensed into a 30 minute power workout! The only thing you will be saving in this class is time, it will still work you just as hard! Perfect for all levels!


A 30 minute core workout! This class will strengthen your core, tighten your stomach, legs and butt and improve your body posture! The class is able to be scaled and our expert instructors will be there to guide your performance!


A high intensity circuit combining strength and cardio to target all aspects of fitness. This dynamic circuit is great for all ages and fitness levels especially if you are lacking motivation!


HIITFIT is a 60 minute high intensity interval training workout that takes you into overdrive to go hard, push harder and get you fitter, super fast. The short sharp demanding exercises combine weightlifting, running and plyometrics for a full body workout that increases aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, metabolism and power.


Pilates is a series of mat and equipment based exercises which work on building flexibility, core strength and muscle tone. Difficulty can be modified and suits all fitness levels.


This class will be run in a similar style to a circuit class. But it will focus on the strength and core building exercises using TRX straps and Kettlebells. The exercises will engage your whole body, not just isolating muscles! This will allow full body strength development and fat loss. So come get your sweat on!


Meta+ is a fun, active group session that will incorporate a range of exercises. Weights, body weight, cardio, tabata style training and more will be involved. It is a 60 minute fun workout that will leave you feeling energised. Meta+ aims to deliver fat loss, muscle growth and tone ups.
