New Class - Strength and Conditioning (Studio 3 - Functional Fitness)
Bodyworkz is pleased to announce another NEW CLASS! The grand opening of Strength & conditioning will be Monday the 11th of January at 6:30am. The class is 60 minutes long and will finish with plenty of time to get to work in the morning! If you want to get that extra edge in your training, or want some REAL motivation, than this is the class for you! The numbers will be capped at 15, so to ensure you reach your potential and achieve your goals! Strength & conditioning is the perfect way to kick start your day and welcomes people of all fitness levels.
About the class: As mentioned this is a 60 minute, high intensity class. It will help you to burn fat, while maintaining lean body muscle and strength. The class will involve kettle bells, the prowler, barbells, dumbells, battle ropes, boxing bags, wall balls and all that other fun stuff! All the exercises can be scaled to suit your individual ability and our experienced instructors will help guide you through the correct tecnique.
So come along and get involved this Monday and Tuesday morning, your body will love you for it!
